Description
We seek an organized and Receptionist Hybrid Office - Oregon to provide customer services and ensure efficient operation. This is a long-term in-person and remote position requiring 3-7 hours per week.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidate must have three (3) years of office assistant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Time management and follow through
Responsibilities
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Able to follow up with clients, set up intakes for therapists, and send all required documents to clients for intakes
Request medical records from external providers
Must have a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
Benefits
Able to work Monday - Saturday
Times from 11:00 am-6:00 pm
Salary
$15 - $20 per hour
