Oregon Gutter Service is a small local buisness that has been estiatblisehd for 30 + years located out of Lebanon, OR.

We install / replace / repair rain gutter systems and perform other related services on the home. We operate mon through fri doing work for the entire valley from Portland to Eugene with out main office loacted out of lebanon.

We are a small construction / rain gutter company looking to expand, and in doing so our office is in need of some more help. We are looking for a motived, open minded ready to work individual who is okay with change and uncertainty as we are in a constant state of growth and change right now and specific daily duties and the processes by which they are done may not be set in stone permanently

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person

- Schedule estimate appointments and follow up to confirm

- Use QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and maintain records

- Assist with basic scheduling tasks

- Provide support to staff members as needed

- Transcribe documents or audio recordings as required

- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Skills:

- Proficient typing skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill

- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, telephones

- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software for document management and
collaboration - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
