Receptionist-Hr-Ap-Payroll Clerk

Receptionist/Payroll/AP:
As hr/ap/payroll clerk, you verify and enter invoices and payroll information. You report to the Business Office Manager.:
You will:

• Input and code invoices approved by the administrator/executive director
• Onboard new employees and respond quickly to all employee payroll-related questions
• Verify completion of time records, resolve payroll issues, and process the twice-monthly payroll
• Direct individuals to the appropriate office, resident room, or area
• Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately
• Provide clerical support to all departments
• Maintain strict confidentiality with personnel, residents, and management issues

You Currently:

• Possess a high school diploma/GED
• Understand accounting and financial compliance requirements
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Plan and organize your work activities, manage work time efficiently, and work independently
• Typical applicants have an associate's degree (business, finance, or accounting) or three years of relevant AP/payroll experience.
