Receptionist/Payroll/AP:
As hr/ap/payroll clerk, you verify and enter invoices and payroll information. You report to the Business Office Manager.:
You will:
- Input and code invoices approved by the administrator/executive director
- Onboard new employees and respond quickly to all employee payroll-related questions
- Verify completion of time records, resolve payroll issues, and process the twice-monthly payroll
- Direct individuals to the appropriate office, resident room, or area
- Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately
- Provide clerical support to all departments
- Maintain strict confidentiality with personnel, residents, and management issues
- Possess a high school diploma/GED
- Understand accounting and financial compliance requirements
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Plan and organize your work activities, manage work time efficiently, and work independently
- Typical applicants have an associate's degree (business, finance, or accounting) or three years of relevant AP/payroll experience.
