Must be able to remain professional and friendly under pressure. Must be able to multi-task and handle a large amount of incoming calls. Must possess excellent computer skills and type by touch.
Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Requirements
One to three years experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
