Performance Toyota, conveniently located near Cincinnati on Route 4 in Fairfield, is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist for Immediate Hire. Receptionists often are the first or last impression our guests have of our company. Therefore, we seek individuals who can be flexible with work hours; and multi-task. Providing exceptional customer service and displaying a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees will be essential in this assignment.
- $15.00 Per Hour
- This Position is Full-Time
- Monday - Friday From 8 AM to 4 PM
- Bilingualism is a PLUS But not Required

Receptionist:
- Making Customer satisfaction your number one priority
- Answering incoming calls and setting appointments
- Directing calls to the appropriate department or personnel
- Handling money and processing credit card transactions on occasion
- Answering customer questions
- Filing paperwork
- Responsible for minor typing and input of data
- Assisting with rental cars on occasion
- High school diploma/GED required
- Possess basic computer literacy
- Be knowledgeable of a scanner, fax, and photocopy machines
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
- Substance screening is required of all Performance Toyota employees
