Immediate opening. Freeport Personal Injury firm is seeking a bi-lingual English and Spanish Receptionist/Diary Clerk (experience preferred but willing to train) with strong communication, organizational and computer skills. Candidate will facilitate efficient office operations and perform all aspects of administrative support, including but not limited to answering and directing telephone calls, confirming appointments, greeting clients, drafting letters, opening and distributing mail, scanning, and performing related work as assigned. Must have experience in Word and Outlook and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Year-end bonus based on performance. Great opportunity for growth.
