Berkeley Carroll is a Pre-K through grade 12 college preparatory school of close to 1000 students located in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn in New York City. The Berkeley Carroll School is seeking Swim Instructors for its children’s summer camp in 2024.
General Responsibilities:
- Lead group classes for children grades PreK - 9th.
- Maintain a safe environment for our users and enforce all pool rules.
Dates and Hours:
Our Summer Camp runs June 24th - August 2nd with mandatory orientation the week of June 17th.
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:
All candidates must possess, or willing to obtain the following:
- Red Cross Certification in Lifeguard Training, CPR-PRO, and First-Aid
- Red Cross Certification in Water Safety Instruction or equivalent.
- Prior teaching experience with young children
