Receptionist For Georgia Branch Office

We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Other miscellaneous projects and support functions as assigned.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in answering and directing phone calls.
• Experienced, accurate and quick in data entry
• Experience in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with all Microsoft Office programs a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated team player that can also work autonomously.
