WHAT TO EXPECT AS A RECEPTIONIST - EXISTING PATIENTS CLERK

You're the main point of contact for our current patients, and your goal is to help them stay on their existing treatment plans. After running a team huddle in the morning, you get our front desk area ready to receive patients. You answer phone calls, respond to questions, schedule appointments, and update files. Attentively, you remind patients about upcoming appointments and encourage them to book future services. You check in patients when they arrive, make them feel welcome, and collect payments. If you're communicative and enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, this position may be a perfect fit!

YOUR SCHEDULE

• Monday and Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS

This is an entry-level role, so while experience would certainly be a bonus, it's not required. What matters most is that you meet the following criteria:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to communicate over the phone
