Receptionist

Part time receptionist position: Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-4:30pm will be required to travel to Palm Coast 3 times a month, with mileage reembersment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, and directing to appropriate person
- Greet and assist patient in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
- Receive and distribute mail, and faxes
- Schedule appointments and collect copayments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as medical records
- Provide general information to callers and patients as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of computer is preferred as we are on an electronic system

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
