Receptionist

Perform reception duties for the Administration Building.

Oneida County

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and transfer to proper person/department.
• Greet all visitors to the building and maintain visitor log.
• Process all incoming and outgoing mail - both internal and external
• Assist departments with special projects and/or mailings.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies for reception area and mail room as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
