Receptionist

Wink Brow Bar is currently seeking a part-time receptionist at our West Village location! Must be available Tuesdays/Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Job Overview: Embody Wink culture. First point of contact for customers who visit our salon. Build friendly, trusting relationships with clientele. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients gracefully, even during peak demand.

Job Duties:

· Greet Clients in a friendly manner, and inform estheticians of arrival

· Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services, and schedule appointments

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area

· Answer phones and schedule appointments

· Ordering/Invoicing for products and retail

· In charge of stocking, organizing, and maintaining the retail area

· Process transactions (cash & credit cards) on Zenoti processing system

Qualifications:

· Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist

· Familiar with processing transactions

· Excellent communication and customer service

· Organization and record-keeping skills

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast fast-paced environment

· High school diploma

Compensation: Hourly
