We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill an exciting position in our growing Chiropractic Office. Applicant must love working in a fast-paced environment. Must be outgoing and friendly, detail oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. We love our patients like family and consistently strive to provide the best quality of care available.
Duties:

- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments for patients
- Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
- Collecting payments and posting to patient ledgers
- Educating patients on chiropractic care and wellness practices
- Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
- Verifying insurance coverage
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
This role requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Prior experience in a chiropractic office or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required. The ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently is essential.
