Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a friendly demeanor. As of now we are looking for an employee to work Fridays & Saturdays, but if you need more hours that can be arranged as well.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Take organized and legible orders for custom apparel
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Self Sufficiency is a necessity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, we will teach you how to use the programs we use on a daily
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not necessary
