Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in using Google Suite. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Perform basic proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents - Assist with project coordination as needed Experience: - Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is desirable - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
