Receptionist

Four Tribes Development Holdings, LLC is in search of a Receptionist in the Gaithersburg, MD area. This position will serve as administrative support to the office staff as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Answers main phone line and directs calls as needed
• Oversees front door- visitors, mail, Fedex, UPS
• Stocks office supplies as needs
• Copies and scans documents as needed by staff
• Administrative tasks utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Experience:

• Candidate must have full knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Candidate must have knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
• Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Have a strong customer service background
• Must possess organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to pitch in wherever needed
• Must be able to pass Federal background check

Salary: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
