Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a high energy and welcoming receptionist to join the team and greet our customers.

Summary:

We are seeking a Receptionist with proven customer service experience who is comfortable positively welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the dealership. Other duties and responsibilities are to ensure all administrative tasks are executed to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Assist management team with daily responsibilities.
• Coordinate meetings and scheduling for interdepartmental projects.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as: filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Light cleaning including organization, dusting surfaces and emptying desk trash bins.

Minimum Characteristics:

• Administrative: 1-2 years
• Customer Service: 1-2 years
• General office

Essential Characteristics:

• Customer service attitude.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Proficiency with a CRM database and in Microsoft Office.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and eye for detail.
• Resourceful and proactive.
• Passion for the outdoors, camping, or the RV industry!
