Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks to update client information
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Customer service-oriented mindset
