Receptionist

Premier Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Receptionist for their home office in Naples, FL. We a robust benefits package and employee-centric environment in our beautiful Park Shore office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phones, providing excellent customer service, greeting visitors and staff
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Providing a warm hospitality oriented experience for guests, assisting with beverages and catering needs
• Managing and ordering office supplies
• Assisting with events, recognition and other special projects as needed
• Other administrative duties as needed, often in support of to CEO and department leadership

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in a real estate sales office environment a plus
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook required
• High degree of attention to detail
• Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
• Dependable and Reliable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years’ experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations
• Expertise typing, computer skills, use of multi-line phone, remote work tools for video calls and chat, email, etc.

Schedule:

In-office, M-F 8:30 AM -5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
