Overview:
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for all visitors and callers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- File and organize documents, ensuring they are easily accessible
- Provide customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Operate phone system and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Accounts Payable functions such as matching proof of delivery to invoices and entering in Job Boss system
-Overseeing/Reviewing/Correcting employee time records
-Manage emails, Fed Ex/UPS outgoing packages
-Perform other admin duties such as maintaining spreadsheets and reports
-Order entry into Job Boss system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Professional attitude and appearance

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
