Neil Schwartz A Professional Corp is a leading provider legal services regarding bankruptcy in the Bakersfield, CA area. Our staff is made up of people who are passionate about serving and making a difference in the lives of those we serve. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, team-oriented person to join our Front Desk Receptionist team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be available 3 days a week for 8 hour shifts. (This may increase to full time depending on workload)
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person.
• Answering phones in a professional manner.
• Making outgoing calls to clients and other vendors as needed.
• Entering data into computer systems and other computer programs.
• Performing other administrative tasks as directed by the Office Manager and or Executive Director Director of Operations.
• Assist in maintaining Reception area, front desk, and other areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience in a receptionist position preferred.
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds frequently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
