With Little Direction and Supervision: • Recognizes that the customer is the number one priority and fully satisfied from start to finish with their customer experience. • Answers all incoming calls, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary. • Greet customers and vendors in lobby, contacting the appropriate party of their presence. • Sorts mail and prepares outgoing mail as needed. • Provides directions and any other helpful information as requested by customers. • Trains relief receptionists. • Accurately files, scans, and indexes documents, including but not limited to, all test reports, purchase orders, bills of lading, transfers, work orders and receipts required by the branch. • Performs other duties as assigned.
