Pro Body Shop is a small business in Lithia Springs, GA. We repair cars and trucks to like new condition after car accidents. Our customer base has doubled over the last 3 years. We are looking for an upbeat people person to join our office staff and take care of our great customers.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of events.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle incoming mail and packages.
- Answer questions about the company or services offered.
- Provide customer service to guests.
