Position Overview:
As a Receptionist at Erdman Automotive, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our customers. Your role will include answering phones, performing basic accounting tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar customer-facing position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates excellent personal hygiene and maintains a professional personal appearance.
