Job Description
JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE:
- Monitor and control main entrance
- Answer incoming telephone calls determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Answer questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
- Receive, sort, and route mail, print labels for UPS/FedEx shipping, and maintain and routes publications
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and collating
- Assist in the creation/editing/updating of forms, spreadsheets, power point presentations and/or other documents utilized by the Packout Division
- Receive training in all areas of Packout Division and provides support/back-up for any areas that may be needed appropriate with level of understanding and skills
- Attend Packout meetings, document action items, decisions and/or highlighted information provided
- Communicate process updates to the Quality Team for appropriate next steps
- Maintain Lobby in a presentable and organized manner
- Perform other duties as required
