Receptionist

Job Details:
Spa receptionists are responsible for answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking accurate messages, scheduling appointments, greeting customers, cashiering, giving tours of the spa facility, entering data into the system and other desk work.
Other responsibilities include notifying staff members of any customer cancellations or the arrival of any unscheduled visitors, keeping the store clean and organized, helping with laundry and inventory, assisting technicians between clients, etc...
Must be outgoing & extremely personable, responsible, work well with others & have reliable transportation
Also must have availability to work nights & weekends
At the moment of hire, 20-30 hours will be made available with the opportunity to increase depending on productivity/appointment load
Prior reception/beauty industry experience is a plus.

Wages:
Pay starting at $16 / hour
Bumped to $22 / hour after 6 months
