This is a great, entry-level opportunity for someone to get a feel for what a dealership setting is and to establish themselves in the automotive world. Our Receptionist plays an important role in our operations by providing quick, top-notch customer service to both our in-store clients and over the phone. The ideal candidate would have front-facing experience with impeccable phone etiquette.
Receptionist Job Responsibilities
- Answering and directing inbound calls for the body shop.
- Assisting in-store customers with service, sales, or parts – depending on their needs.
- Answering backup calls for the Service Department.
- Assist with basic clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
- Assisting as needed in other various departments.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Receptionist Qualifications
- Previous Reception or Center experience preferred
- Previous Automotive experience preferred.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
