Job Title: Receptionist

Position Summary
Administrative Receptionist who greets guests, manages the front desk and performs basic support tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Receiving visitors
· Maintain office security, logbook, visitor badge
· Receive mail and distribute
· Assist with filing and organizing for other dept when needed.
· Manage and record distribution of badges
· Prep onboarding/terminations packets
· Filing all training forms received from other depts
PREFERRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS: Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
HOURS: 5AM-1:30PM
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School and College degrees. experience administration / clerical record keeping.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and write. Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.
