Job Summary
- The receptionist provides switchboard, reception, and clerical duties (as needed) for the facility in accordane with established policies
Job Function
Professionally and accurately executes all telephone calls
- Greet visitors
- Meets and greets new admissions, hospital returns
- Assist other departments with clerical work
- Has knowlege of procedure during a fire drill
- Distribute weekly pay checks when necessary
- Performs other duties as assisgned
- Is on call to fill in on regular hours
Qualifications
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Must have sensitivity to Elders
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have adequate clerical skills
- Must have a good speaking voice
- Must remain professional at all times
