Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
• Announcing clients as necessary.
• Helping maintain workplace security by checking and maintaining visitor logs.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes.
• Answering phones, screening, and routing calls in a professional manner.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Scheduling appointments, when necessary.
• Keep reception area and break room clean and organized.

Receptionist Requirements:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field, preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.

  Compensation:

• $14-15 per hour   
• Health/Vision/Dental/Aflac available after 30 days.
• Paid Time Off after 90 days.
• 8 paid holidays.

Schedule:

• 8 -5 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
