Receptionist

We are searching for a dynamic, take charge person for a full-time receptionist to run the front desk. This person must enjoy customer service, be able to multi task and handle a fast paced environment. We only work until noon on Fridays. We have an employee matched IRA, health insurance and paid holidays. Salary starting at $16-$18 per hour based on experience, with lots of opportunity to advance.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a smile and assist them accordingly
• Answer incoming calls, field calls and transfer to appropriate person
• General administrative tasks that include but not limited to:
• Send and receive all incoming/outgoing mail
• Send and receive all deliveries
• Handle and receive sensitive information confidentially
• Filing
• Organize and monitor office supplies
• Assist others with projects when needed
• Order lunch for staff meeting
• Assist and maintain copy machines
• Assist and maintain postage machine
• Maintenance
• Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of breakroom and conference rooms, restocking towels/paper in bathrooms, cleaning glass doors, etc.
• This includes the dishwasher, emptying garbage, etc.
• Making coffee, etc.

Requirements

· Friendly personable outgoing personality

· Excellent verbal skills

· Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once

· Problem solving abilities

· Strong computer knowledge as well as Microsoft Suite programs

· Proven Administrative Experience in a similar role
