Receptionist

Job Summary:

Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team/family in a busy multi-doctor office in North Wales. We offer competitive pay and professional/family atmosphere. Hours we are open:

Monday: 8:00 am-7:00 pm

Tuesday: 2:00 pm-7:00 pm

Wednesday: 8:00 am-7:00 pm

Thursday: 8:00 am-7:00 pm

(one hour lunch) (sometimes we run a few minutes past 7:00).

Receptionists will alternate opening and closing each week. One staff opens at 8:00 am and leaves at 6:00 pm. The other staff comes in at 9:00 am and closes at 7:00 pm-each receptionist will take turns opening and closing.

Hours are between 33+ hours a week. (Usually average 35-38 per week)

Pay range: is $17-20 depending on experience. We offer bonuses according to production.

Duties:

- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical office

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member

- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar

- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments

- Maintain patient records and update information as needed

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in using computer systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
