SalaryThe Receptionist will be responsible for providing coverage at the Cescaphe office during the week. This position will be responsible for fielding calls from clients and directing them to the appropriate department and answering basic questions about Cescaphe, our venues and our services. The Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing the reception area and ensuring that it is welcoming and presentable. This position will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the Cescaphe office and must be able to greet clients and tend to any immediate needs.
The Receptionist will also be responsible for additional administrative duties as needed. Each team member is expected to assist when and where necessary to ensure flawless execution. The Weekend Receptionist will be expected to perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
This is a part-time position requiring weekday availability.
Education: Associates Degree or higher preferred
Work Experience:
- 1 year administrative experience including heavy phone management
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Docs
- Experience with catering programs, Delphi, etc., a plus
