Real Estate Transaction Supervisor

Thank you for your interest in the Chernov Team! We are looking for an experienced Transaction Supervisor to join the team.

This is an in-person position, at our office in Sherman Oaks. Applicants MUST HAVE previous experience as a Transaction Manager/Supervisor or Real Estate Assistant.

We are a very busy and fast growing Real Estate team, and we need someone who can jump right in with expertise and experience at the ready. Please only apply if you are qualified with the knowledge of the entire Real Estate Transaction process from pre-listing to escrow close. Thank you for your understanding.

We are looking for an experienced Full Time Transaction Supervisor, with knowledge of the following:

1. Drafting listing & purchase contracts

2. Opening Escrow with all related parties

3. Scheduling & Coordinating appointments and inspections as needed

4. Obtaining signatures on all documents

5. Communicating with Buyers & Sellers regarding updates on their Escrows

6. Communicating with Escrow, Lender, and other vendors as needed

7. Assisting Sellers in completing disclosures

8. Tracking Deadlines

9. Completing the file audit and uploading all required documents onto the digital file management system

10. Supporting Agents with their transactions/clients and providing advice/expertise as needed

A few more requirements:

- Proficient with SRAR and CLAW MLS

- Proficient with C.A.R. Forms

- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

- Must be able to adapt to new systems and willing to embrace new work flows and processes

- Must be willing to be available by phone/computer occasionally after hours/weekends

- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
