Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Analyst I to join our team. This role focuses on elevating customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving issues, improving processes, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Ideal candidates are adaptive, excellent multitaskers, and dedicated to providing high-quality service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, orders, samples, credit issues, and order issue resolution.
  • Manage a high volume of email and phone communications.
  • Efficiently and professionally respond to internal and external customer correspondence through email and formal written communication, escalating when necessary.
  • Forge and maintain strategic relationships with customers, ensuring precise and timely order fulfillment, while coordinating internal teams with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly, optimizing customer satisfaction.
  • Quickly grasp customer details, processes, and product specifics.
  • Coordinate international and domestic partners on orders and shipment schedules.
  • Ensure meticulous completion of export documentation with attention to detail and compliance with deadlines.
  • Efficiently manage tasks and time, staying focused amid distractions. Expectation to be cross trained in all Customer Service functions.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance service to customers, internal systems and workflow.
  • Provide data-based analysis to improve service accuracy and success measures.
  • Participate in collaborative meetings with cross-functional teams to solve issues.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining focus in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Need:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of business to business Customer Service, supply chain logistics, administrative support, or, retail sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel at a basic level.
  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

Compensation:

 

 

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $26.64 -$39.91 / hour
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Location Category: Telecommute - This position will be based in our Fresno, Cal Color facility with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
