Compensation:$150,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide buyers through the home-buying process
- Set up meetings, display properties, and conduct open houses
- Consistently search for new customers
- Foster relationships with customers and expand your network
- Employ cutting-edge systems to keep up with the ever-changing market
- Express yourself professionally with customers, colleagues, and partners
- Provide a first-class experience for customers
- Must have or obtain a Real Estate license
- Seeking driven individuals

- Ability to utilize amazing and proven systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Key negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn the local Real Estate market and purchase process
