Real Estate Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Agent (Isa)

The Envision VA Home team located in Virginia, USA is looking to hire an Inside Sales Agent that specializes in PPC outbound calls to join their growing Real Estate business. The ideal candidate is personable, has 2+ years Real Estate sales experience, is excellent on the phones listening, asking the right questions, overcoming objections, and is hardworking. The Inside Sales Agent will primarily be in charge of calling online buyer PPC leads and booking appointments for the agents on the team for all ready within 90 days. The other primary responsibility is nurturing all leads ready 90+ days and have experience with buyers also needing to sell.

This person must work a minimum of 15 hours per week but can work up to 40 hrs. This position is commission based only and is fully remote. You will earn commission each time one of your appointments closes on a home.

Responsibilities:

• Closing/Setting Appointments on the first call when ready within 90 days
• Prospecting for new clients and following up with previously contacted leads
• Build rapport with buyers/sellers, listen, and overcome objections
• Manage leads and stay organized using the CRM
• Schedule appointments for agents
• Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, cold calling, coordination and scheduling of Real Estate buying and selling opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous Real Estate sales call experience is a must. min 1+ years
• Proficient English speaking and writing
• 8 hrs/day making calls and nurturing relationships
• Experience with cold calling
• Advanced in objection handling over the phone
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and nurture a large volume of clients in the CRM
• Strong work ethic and a self driven desire to succeed
• Self motivated and has a passion for this role
• Laptop, reliable internet connection, VPN, Zoom
• Ability to close/set appts on the phone* That is the primary function of the position.
