SalaryBlack Bear Customs in Grafton, WV is seeking a full time Shop Assistant for our Screen Printing department. No experience necessary - training will be provided.
Primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Preparing shirts for printing (verifying the correct product, color, sizes, quantity, etc.)
- Catching printed shirts as they come off the dryer belt
- Checking prints for quality, curing, placement, etc.
- Tagging printed shirts
- Performing final count
- Reporting printing errors, damaged garments, missing pieces, etc.
- Folding and boxing orders to prepare for pickup or shipping.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Additional duties as needed
Position Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, as well as written and oral instructions
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Must have reliable transportation
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. Occasional overtime is available. Apply on Indeed or in person at 3315 George Washington Highway, Grafton WV (next to the Taylor County Fairgrounds on Rt 50).
