Internal Sales Agent

Quick Fix Real Estate is seeking a motivated entry-level Internal Sales Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and assist in all aspects of the sales process. You will obtain critical information from our leads and schedule appointments for our outside sales team.The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with others, and takes ownership of the sales process for maximum effectiveness.

Position:

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming leads promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
• Receive incoming calls from the home sellers, ask relevant questions, and gather the information and address questions they may have.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
• Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and hand off qualified leads for further engagement.
• Set appointments for the sales team using lead qualification metrics, rating/point system, and online real estate research.
• Manage follow-up with customers according to tasks and score ratings in an assigned call queue.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer insights to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Lead Agent, Inbound Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficient in using Salesforce CRM, RingDNA, and other sales tools.
• Ability to apply highly effective sales skills while properly engaging and presenting solutions to customers and overcoming objections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team-oriented mindset.
• Work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining call time, call count, and appointment goals.
• Ability to deliver the QuickFix values and handle objections/concerns from customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles.

Compensation:

• $18.00 to $20.00 per hour + commission
