SalaryWe are a Real Estate Investment and Property Management company that is looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal with extensive experience in retail leasing mainly responsible for reviewing lease documents for retail tenants and drafting lease amendments; conducting research and analyzing data regarding easements, restrictions, exclusive, prohibitions and operating agreements affecting the lease; and assessing and preparing ancillary and other related Real Estate documents.
Skills Required:
- Documenting processes, as well as maintaining electronic records.
- Tracking and organizing tenant and Real Estate data.
- Performing due diligence review and analysis.
- Proofreading legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyzing and summarizing documents, zoning ordinances, and statutes.
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing work assignments to consistently provide high-quality work products within stated deadlines.
- Proficient in Word, Xcel, Yardi, SharePoint, AppFolio, and Adobe.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Paralegal certification or concentration
- Minimum of three to five years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal.
- Contracting expertise related to Real Estate and leasing transactions.
- Ability to maintain high-quality performance with varied deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical ability and research skills.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written). Ability to communicate effectively across broad functional and organizational lines.
- Self-starter who is adept at working in a true team environment and partnering with management, co-workers, and outside counsel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
