We are seeking a Personal injury paralegal who has a minimum 3 years of experience in Personal injuryNo Fault law.

The Successful Candidate for paralegal is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and organizational skills; Must have good oral communication skills and ability to communicate and be personable with clients, court staff, insurance companies, adversaries, witnesses; must be a true team player.
The right professional will have experience in the following areas:
Filing No fault applications
Opening and setting up new motor vehicle case files
Settling Property damage issues
Wage and Medical reimbursement for the client
* e-filing,
*preparing pleadings,
* Directing cases through litigation cycle;
*Handling several cases simultaneously
* Zealously represent clients in mva, and other PI matters brought in Supreme Court
The salary starts at $50,000/year
