Real Estate Office Assistant

We are looking for a Real Estate Office Assistant who appreciates accuracy, can communicate with a wide variety of people while handling the day-to-day functions of maintaining office efficiency and organization. Also as important, you must really like and respect people, regardless of title and function.
Here’s the Big Picture for this Role:
1) Support the Property Management staff
· Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments
· Draft correspondence, communications and other documents.
· Assist with the leasing process, including posting ads, giving tours, tenant screening, preparation of lease and renewal documents, etc.
· Assist with utilizing white papers, spreadsheets, tenant/vendor records and accounting software to create charts, tables to analyze data.
· Assist with processing rent and other payment receipts.
· Scan, copy, save documents, as requested.
2) Ensure office operations run smoothly.
· Open, process and route mail and delivery packages accordingly
· Archive and purge records periodically
· Maintain office supplies and equipment
· Keep accurate and organized files, databases, and archives of related records in electronic and/or hard copy forms.
· Coordinate upkeep of the office space, its equipment and storage space in the shared garage.
3) Other administrative tasks, including running errands as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
