RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform financial analysis of Real Estate properties utilizing our industry-leading technology and prepare financial reports
• Work with banks and borrowers in relation to mortgage brokerage
• Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Passion about enterprise technology, finance, and Real Estate
• Pro-active and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the motivation to develop your career
• Tremendous follow-through
• An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
• BA/BS or equivalent preferred, ideally in Business, Economics, or Finance
