Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
- Experience in manipulating data sets using SQL or another programming/scripting language.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in management consulting, Real Estate, investment banking, finance, or a similar environment.
- Experience with FP&A, financial modeling, planning, forecasting, budgeting or project management, including process improvement and results delivery.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, provide grounded recommendations, and work in an unstructured environment.
- Excellent data analysis and visualization skills, with the ability to design and build business performance reports and data visualization dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate effectively to influence executive leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Partner with the Real Estate team to evaluate opportunities inclusive of purchases, leases, and construction. Drive analysis to provide insight and recommendations that inform business decisions and present recommendations to executive level audiences.
- Leverage technical and data skills to improve the efficiency of analysis, managing large data sets of complex and imperfect data. Deliver partner-facing tools to improve financial insight and decision making.
- Manage operational expenditure and capital expenditure budgets, including purchase order approvals and process improvements.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting leveraging Google’s data infrastructure and technical tools such as dashboards, SQL, SAP, Anaplan, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with REWS, finance, business operations, accounting, and engineering to deliver strategic projects and business insights.
