In this role, the Financial Real Estate Systems Analyst II will be responsible for maintaining datasets and support the business experts regarding future developments, system integration, data validation, and maintenance of current business solutions. This role will be responsible for collecting and interpreting complex data through tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel, to create actionable results to improve business processes. This individual must be able to take large collections of information, break it down into useful and manageable parts, and subsequently present their findings to upper management as well as other teams in a format that is understandable to help implement strategic plans of action. In this position, the Analyst II will need to assess the needs of the customer, use research, testing, and detailed analysis to deliver information that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the business solutions. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to turn raw data into actionable concepts are all vital responsibilities for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience exporting and analyzing large amounts of data from different systems with an understanding of SQL and Excel. The objective of this role is to be able to manage, maintain, and validate data collected to ensure appropriate reporting and forecasting within stated deadlines.

This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 3 days per week).
- Develops project plans, executes projects and assists team members with project responsibilities.
- Performs research-based projects and feasibility studies.
- Reviews system change requests and provides feedback on impacted areas, workflows, and required developments.
- Assists direct leader in implementation and rollouts of projects.
- Analyzes working procedures with the objective to identify best practices.
- Develops automated Financial Real Estate system solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow developments and enhancements.
- Serves as a point of contact for the business on Financial Real Estate system matters.
- Maintains a high level of data integrity and takes appropriate action to investigate potential data discrepancies.
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.
- Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional work using SQL or Alteryx required.
- Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
- Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
- Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
- Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
- Minimal travel required as needed for job related duties such as training, project work and administrative tasks.
