As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your main duties will include:

- Conducting market research to determine property values
- Listing and advertising properties for sale or rent
- Showing properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiating contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Providing guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Keeping up-to-date with local Real Estate market trends and regulations
- Collaborating with other Real Estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and attorneys
