What is a Front Desk Professional? These employees are at the forefront of the hotel operations and must have a friendly outgoing personality, as well as be familiar with local attractions. Qualified candidates must be honest, energetic/passionate, detail oriented, punctual and must be able to work days/evenings/weekends. This position will be responsible for greeting, checking guests in and out, answering telephones,making reservations, light cleaning. A full job description is available upon request. Applicants must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as good computer and troubleshooting skills. In addition, applicants should have at least one year work experience in hotel guest services.
