Atlas Real Estate, a Denver-based residential Real Estate brokerage and property management company with offices across seven states, seeks to employ a high-quality Real Estate Investment Agent. Atlas currently manages over 8,500 units of residential Real Estate and has recently launched their joint venture with plans to transact on over $1 billion in single-family homes for rent over the next 18-24 months. Responsibilities and Duties:

Promote and continuously reinforce the Atlas culture and values.
Establish and Market Lead Generation Events
Meet, guide and sell Real Estate to assigned leads.
Be fully versed and comfortable with all iBuyer leads channels.
Master the Real Estate contract steps, processes and execution
Have an extensive knowledge of sales in general.
Willingness to train new advisors when mastery is achieved.
Come to all team meetings and be a team player.
Show up with can-do attitude and execute on the greater game plan.
Promote, coordinate, and market live events that empower women.
Actively Recruit Clients.
Hand out hand bills for in person events.
Market tenant leads personally in Kansas and Missouri and service leads from tenant lead ISA.
Assist with team overflow leads.
Convert Leads from Atlas In-person events.
What you get:
Total Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000/year
Base salary + quarterly/annual bonuses

Colorado Real Estate License
Proven sales record
Experience Setting up Lead Generation Events
Active Colorado Real Estate License (or actively working towards one)
