Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain property listings on various platforms
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale agreements
- Prepare and review documents such as purchase agreements, and closing statements
- Stay updated on Real Estate market trends and changes in regulations
- Collaborate with other Real Estate professionals, such as lenders, and inspectors
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
Skills: Are you Hungry, Humble, Smart?
- Strong organizational skills and time management to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Learning based and coachable
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of Real Estate laws, regulations, and procedures
- Proficiency in using Real Estate software and tools for property listing management
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to provide accurate pricing recommendations
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, documents, and financial calculations
