This is an opening for a Licensed Assistant to service a high-producing Realtor, with a goal to provide the highest level of Real Estate services with integrity and professionalism. This position is a full-time position with base pay and bonus opportunities. At times, this position will require monitoring and responding to time-sensitive requests and responsibilities in the evenings and on weekends. Flexibility in the work schedule will be required in order to meet deadlines and complete tasks. A Real Estate license is required for this position.
Compensation:$65,000 - $68,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Provide support to the Realtor related to the listing, selling, and closing of Real Estate transactions, which may include:
- Provide excellent customer service to both the Realtor, clients, and other parties
- Maintain the day-to-day administrative functions which may include status reports, scheduling, and data input
- Maintain the Realtor’s email and assist with their calendar
- Entering forms and other pertinent documentation into the electronic file platform
- Coordinate details as needed from contract to closing, schedule appointments, and assist with client communication/mailings
- Set up and update client and customer sphere of influence databases, and create a farming database for Realtors
- Assist with monitoring and responding to requests from other third parties
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience
- NC Realtor license required
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure, with a professional, courteous, and positive attitude; a team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and hit deadlines
- The position requires excellent attendance, professional attire, and adherence to scheduled arrival times
